Come and discover the wonderful wealth of talent abounding in the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley during July, days were stated on artist studio page and also by appointment. Artists open their studios for you to visit, enjoy and perhaps buy. You can always be sure of a warm welcome.Follow signs, look out for banners flying, enjoy the Forest while you travel. If you do have any difficulty finding any artists please phone for help - also for advice if disabled. Studios are only open during the art trail, but you can contact artists by appointment throughout the year.
The Forest of Dean & Wye Valley Artists & Craftspeople open their studio doors each year during July. All have been busy creating works for you to enjoy. This web site lists by area names of the current years participating artists or groups of artists and their studio details including directions, days their studios are open, types of work, contact details and an image of their work.
The Open Studios Art Trail is a unique opportunity to talk with a wide variety of individual artists and makers and has been happening for the last 20 years. Visitors to Artists Studios are advised to look out studio signs on the road.
The Gallery will be open every day throughout the summer from the beginning of June
and throughout the Open Studios calendar and will hold an Art and Crafts Festival
the weekend of the 16th and 17th of July with many extra exhibitors and lot's for
the family, including workshops and music and dance performances, please see the
